Please keep the receipt.<\/li><li>Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.<\/li><li>Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns\/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.<\/li><li>Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:cs@pleasantonhealth.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:pleasantonhealthcs@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\">pleasantonhealthcs@gmail.com<\/a>&nbsp;to confirm the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.<\/li><li>We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.<\/li><li>Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns\/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.<\/li><li>Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).<\/li><li>You have&nbsp;14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.<\/li><li>Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.<\/li><li>We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.<\/li><li>Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.<\/li><li>We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.<\/li><li>Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.<\/li><li>Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.<\/li><li>All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return.
